There are almost no limits and this way you can completely change the environment in Los Santos. For all the Games the last Story-Line Mission completed is Nines And AK's (learning to Shoot at Emmet's. These will give a great start to playing and completing the Game.

It's pretty funny at first, but gets to be completely aggravating. I got sucked back into GTA IV last week when I got my new SSD and have been having fun modding it with icenhancer and various other mods. The mod scene will inevitably move on to this game and I'm sure it's going to look amazing. If the trailer and the new screens are anything to go by, the vanilla version of the game will look pretty damn good on the PC.
